Shootin at Westside

Had an early shoot last Saturday. Started at 5:00am. Shannon did an awesome job. Sheri was my main assistant for the shoot and Scott assisted her. Thanks for the help Scott!
We ended up at the Cinnamon Stick for coffee and breakfast. This is an awesome new place on lower Main Street. They are open 7am to 9pm six days a week and have internet access. I Love this place!

First Snow of the Year at Batesville, AR

I woke up this morning and it had snowed. What! I was not happy. No one said anything about snow! So the photos I was planning on taking were missed. That being the case I turned on my police scanner and listened to all the fun our local sheriff department was having. I got out for a little bit in Sheri’s 4×4 and took some photos of what was going on. Hope none of the readers here are in the photos!

Christmas Lights along the White River in Batesville, AR
Dec 11th
Batesville Mayor Rick Elumbaugh asked if we might take a few photos of the Christmas lights around Batesville, AR. We were planning to do this anyway but it was nice to be thought about. So far it has been very cold. It was 21 degrees this morning when I took the picture below. This photo is available in our Fine Art Gallery.
It is a HDR image consisting of three exposures. I did a little more post processing in photoshop and download an Apllo 11 Moon shot. Hey we paid for them and they are copyright free. I think it is interesting. What do you think?
